With 14 years of senior leadership experience in the retail industry, I've had the pleasure of managing up to 27 locations and leading a fantastic team of over 112 members. I’m passionate about streamlining operations and championing training and development, which truly enhances team performance and boosts efficiency!

After embracing a new direction post-COVID, I pursued formal training as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) from a seasoned firm with an impressive 25-year legacy. This intense training has empowered me with specialized skills, allowing me to deliver high-quality services in this exciting field.

Since then, I have proudly earned certifications as a C/TPA (Consortium Third-Party Administrator), C-DER (Certified Designated Employee Representative), and CPCT (Certified Professional Collector Trainer). I have successfully managed compliance for pools of thousands of drivers regulated by the FTA, FMCSA, and CPUC.
